How does ADD Coaching work?
ADHD coaching is a close, ongoing partnership that usually last three to six months or more depending on the size of your goals.
Clients and I meet by phone once for a free coaching session before beginning to coach to ensure that:
1) the fit is right and
2) we can set goals for what you want to achieve in the coaching relationship.
Typically, after we've decided to work together, we then meet regularly by phone or face-to-face two or three times per month for sessions of 30- to 50-minutes. You establish what each session will be about. That's right! YOU set the agenda. Don't worry I'll help you at first.
Together we work on advancing your goals, celebrate your successes, and build accountability between session to help to achieve what you've set out to do for the week. We may keep in touch by email or short 5 to 10 minute calls in between sessions.
