Free Course Teaches You To Organize Projects

Every ADHD adult struggles to organize projects. Amazingly creative, out-of-the-box thinkers and awesome problem-solvers, ADHD-ers must develop strategies to cope with the difficulties they face with long term planning, procrastination and poor follow through. ADHD-ers are, by nature, dynamic and action oriented. You'd much rather do something than plan something!

The paradox for you passionate, driven, ambitious ADHD adults is, of course, that the more projects you want to take on, the more important it is that you organize projects. If you don't make a plan of action, get the project started and get it finished, soon you'll start another, and another... Keep it up and soon you'll also need to be a master juggler!

Eight Simple Steps to Organize Projects

I like to say that when you have a "recipe for success," it's easy to be a master chef. When you have a simple and effective system to organize projects and create project action plans, its one of the best strategies for ADHD you'll find.

In my years as a project manager, I learned to use an eight step system to get organized. Now I teach my clients to organize projects using the same STRONGER system. ADHD in adults responds especially well to simple, step-by-step systems, and the STRONGER system will help you overcome your procrastination, simplify follow through and get organized simply and easily.

Two Possible ADHD Strategies: Stop, or Get Organized

ADHD adults like to have many things going on at once. However, when things get out of control, it can quickly lead to a feeling of overwhelm. That means you have two possible ADHD strategies:
  1. You can stop trying to do so much, or
  2. You can take the STRONGER email course and learn to organize projects.
Yeah, that's what I thought you'd say. ;-)

The STRONGER system will help you create an action plan for your projects, business or personal, no matter how big or how small. If you're far too much of a go-getter to do less, sign up for your free STRONGER email course, and over the next week, you'll learn how to get started, get organized and get done.
